2. SMS / Mobile Messaging Program Terms

• Program Description: One360AI provides automated messaging services to facilitate business inquiry responses, appointment bookings, listing updates, and customer support communications on behalf of subscribers.
• Opt-In Consent: You represent and warrant that you have obtained prior express written consent from any recipient before initiating SMS/MMS messages to them via One360AI, in full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on lead interactions, appointment schedules, and user configuration.
• Cost & Fees: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent or received via the One360AI platform.
• Opt-Out Instructions: Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. Upon sending STOP, the recipient will receive one final message confirming the opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless re-initiated.
• Help & Support: For messaging support, reply HELP to any message or contact customer support at support@one360ai.com.

3. Telecommunications & Carrier Disclaimer

• Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to send SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco/Vape), cannabis-related messages, debt collection claims, or deceptive marketing content through One360AI. Violations will result in immediate termination of messaging privileges.

4. Billing, Usage & 30-Day Free Trial

• 30-Day Free Trial: Includes allocated test voice minutes, SMS messages, and emails. Unless canceled prior to Day 30, trial accounts convert to paid monthly tiers on Day 31.
• Usage Inclusions & Overages: Base plans include defined SMS and AI voice allowances. Additional messaging or voice usage beyond plan inclusions is billed at the rates published on our Pricing page.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• "AS IS" Basis: Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
• No GCI Guarantee: One360AI does not guarantee specific deal conversion rates or Gross Commission Income (GCI) results.
• Liability Limit: Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you to One360AI in the three (3) months preceding any claim.
