  • Purpose of Collection: We use mobile information only to provide the messaging services requested, such as customer support, automated lead responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up messages, review and referral requests, and account notifications, and only to or from people who have opted in.

3. No Sharing of Mobile Data

NO MOBILE INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES/AFFILIATES FOR MARKETING OR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will NOT be shared, sold, rented, or traded with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

  • Help (HELP): Mobile subscribers can reply HELP for assistance or contact support at support@one360ai.com.
  • Data Access & Deletion: Users may request access to or deletion of their personal information by contacting legal@one360ai.com.
