2. Billing, Free Trial & UK Pricing

• 30-Day Free Trial: Free trials include allocated test voice minutes, SMS messages, and emails. Unless cancelled before the end of Day 30, trial accounts convert on Day 31 into the paid monthly plan chosen at registration.
• Subscription Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in GBP (£). All published prices exclude UK Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be added where applicable.
• Usage Allowances & Overages: Monthly plans include defined usage allowances. Usage beyond plan limits (for example, additional voice minutes) is billed at the rates published by One360AI.
• Cancellation: Subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time by giving notice to support@one360ai.com, without long-term contract penalties.

3. Subscriber Compliance Duties (Direct Marketing & PECR)

• They comply fully with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the rules on unsolicited direct marketing, and the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and Corporate TPS (CTPS) registers.
• They have obtained all required consents before directing One360AI to start automated voice calls, SMS messages, or emails to prospective clients.
• They will not use One360AI to send unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Platform Rights: One360AI retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, AI systems, voice scripts, system architecture, and underlying technology.
• Subscriber Branding: Subscribers retain all rights to their client databases, trademarks, logos, and uploaded CRM records, and grant One360AI a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process these solely to deliver the services.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Business Contract: These Terms are a business-to-business contract between One360AI LLC and the subscriber entity.
• No Revenue Guarantees: One360AI provides operational automation but does not guarantee any property listing, transaction, commission, or Gross Commission Income (GCI) result.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, One360AI's total aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees paid by the subscriber to One360AI in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
